Shabda is a free daily word game. Guess the hidden word in six tries on a board of four to seven letters — every correct letter lights up, and everyone in the world gets the same word each day.
Which board you get changes day to day, and you do not choose it.
After every guess the tiles change colour to show how close you got.
G is in the word, and in the right place.
O is in the word, but somewhere else.
C is not in the word at all.
Any real word counts as a guess. If we do not know it, we look it up before holding it against you — random letters will just get handed back.
Today's word is the one that counts towards your record and streak. Unlimited deals another word whenever you want one, on a board drawn the same way. Your streak is safe there: nothing you do in Unlimited can end it. A new day starts at midnight New York time.
